1\. Go to the [channels page](https://quickley.com/login?redirect_to=/settings/project/channels) at Quickley and check that you have a connected WhatsApp channel. If you don't have a WhatsApp channel, just connect it by this link. If you are a manager of this Quickley account, ask your administrator to allow you to work with this channel.

2\. Check that your board has a Quickley column and that column value is not empty.

3\. Check that the Quickley column has no restrictions on monday.com. Monday.com allow you to change permission for the column, for instance, hide a column from your teammates. Just remove this restriction.
